Especially well-located for runners as it is right near Central Park (Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis) Reservoir. Exceptionally safe neighborhood with private security patrol. Whole Foods less than a block away.
Perfect for incoming law firm/investment banking/consulting associates, medical residents, graduate students. Undergraduates considered on a case by case basis.
This is for a single female roommate only, although I am often away on weekends. You should be professional or academic as described above, very quiet, private, considerate, clean/neat, respectful of others, and drama-free, as I am. If you want to host guests or do anything more than microwave cooking, this is not for you--I dont cook at all myself and I am looking for someone else who lives on salads or takeout from Whole Foods or one of the many other excellent nearby options.
